You’re pregnant for the first time, and you wanted this.
But it doesn't feel like you expected.
You're used to being capable. The one who gets things done. The person others turn to when there's a problem to solve.
So why does pregnancy feel so different?
In this free guide, you'll discover the often-overlooked factors shaping your experience of pregnancy, why feeling overwhelmed doesn't mean you're doing something wrong, and how understanding the bigger picture can help you respond with more confidence, self-trust, and compassion.
Pop your name and email below, and I'll send it over to you.

What if the reason you're feeling more overwhelmed, emotional, or unlike yourself isn't because you're coping badly?
What if there are important pieces of the picture that nobody has helped you see?
This guide will help you understand the hidden influences shaping your experience of pregnancy, so you can stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and start understanding yourself with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Because once you understand the context surrounding your experience, a different conversation becomes possible.

I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, and I've spent more than 15 years supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the transition to motherhood.
But it wasn't until I became pregnant myself that I truly understood how profoundly pregnancy can affect even the most capable, thoughtful, and self-aware women.
I saw how easy it is to assume that feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or unlike yourself means you're doing something wrong. Yet so often, these experiences make perfect sense when we understand the bigger picture of what's happening in pregnancy.
That's why I created this guide.
To help you step back, see your experience with more understanding and compassion, and realise that perhaps the problem isn't you at all - you've simply been missing some important context.
