I'm a clinical psychologist, yoga teacher, and researcher with over 15 years' experience working with families in the transition to parenthood. It's my mission to support women to feel grounded and empowered in their pregnancy, so that they can prepare well for birth and step into motherhood feeling confident and connected.
For years, I’ve worked as a perinatal psychologist helping women navigate depression and anxiety during pregnancy. But it wasn’t until I went through my own pregnancy that I realised just how many mums-to-be are quietly struggling - not necessarily needing therapy, but feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
It doesn’t have to be this way!
Now, I'm on a quest to help women move from stress and self-doubt to calm, confidence and connection - so you can actually enjoy your pregnancy and feel grounded as you prepare for birth and motherhood. 🌿.
