I'm a clinical psychologist and pregnancy yoga teacher, and I've spent more than a decade supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
I've worked with many capable, thoughtful women who appeared calm on the outside, but inside were carrying a heavy load of worry, pressure, and self-doubt.
